                                                THE SHOLA FOREST IN MULAR , INDIA

This unique forest is a mix of grasslands and ancient evergreens. The term Shola has become somewhat of a generic term for the pockets of ancient evergreen forest. Some efforts are being made to restore the forest by limiting the amount of grassland that is often used to grow other plants like Eucalyptus. We think it's beautiful either way.

The best time to visit The shola forest in mular is starting of winter, Aughust to february. the shola forest. Shola forests are found in the higher altitude hill regions of the Nilgiris, Kanyakumari district, the Western Ghats and associated ranges in the states of Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Although generally said to occur above 2000 meters above sea level, shola forests can be found at 1600 meters elevation in many hill ranges. its famous for its flora and fauna. although the place have not much hotels and resorts for its less tourism.

And the place will cost you around 70,000 or so.all include it travel and tourism.
